I HENRY CHARLES PLATTS of No 24 Onslow Gardens Highgate in the county of Middlesex and of 23 Lime Street in the City of London Associate Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers do hereby revoke all wills codicils and other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy and according to the nature or tenure thereof respectively unto and to the use of my wife Emily Elizabeth her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely And I appoint my said wife SOLE EXECUTRIX of this my will IN WITNESS whereof I the said Henry Charles Platts have to this my last will and testament set my hand the seventeenth day of January one thousand nine hundred and one - HENRY CHARLES PLATTS - Signed and declared by the said Henry Charles Platts the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other (all being present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses - JAMES REYNOLDS 70 Basinghall Street London Solicitor - Wm WICKENS Clerk to Charles A Bannister & Reynolds 70 Basinghall Street London Solicitors.
