Born 13 May 1842, eldest son of Richard WEBSTER and Sarah CLAYTON. Died 08 July 1908 at Dr Schultheis Clinique, Bad Wildungen, Germany.
Married his first cousin, Emma WEBSTER, 07 April 1866 in Odessa, South Russia.
Their marriage became the subject of The Odessa Marriage Act, 1867
