William James Platts

Born 13 May 1841, Odessa, South Russia, second son of  Joseph PLATTS and Sarah Haines TANDY.
Moved to Australia and changed his name to William KELLY.
Died 05 September 1916 in Australia.

Married Mary Jane McCLOY 06 February 1902.
